Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 ½ Pounds Beef Tenderloin Sliced into ½ inch strips
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 8 Oz White Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • ½ Cup Butter
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • 1 ½ Cups Beef Broth
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 ½ Cups Sour Cream
  • 1 Pound Egg Noodles Cooked

Instructions
 

  • Slice beef into ½ inch strips and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the dutch oven on medium-high heat. Combine mushrooms, onions, garlic and butter. Cook until onions have softened and then remove mix from pan and set aside.
  • Add beef to pan and cook until browned on all sides. Add flour to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until no longer raw. Add 1 cup of broth and bring to a boil. Cover pot and reduce to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Mix in onion medley, Worcestershire sauce and sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook uncovered for several minutes or until mixture thickens. Serve warm over egg noodles and enjoy!
