Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prep radishes by rinsing under water. Remove the greens and set aside. Trim the top and root end of the radishes then slice in half lengthwise.
Arrange radishes on an oven proof baking dish or baking sheet cut side down. Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste with salt. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until radishes are fork tender. Remove from oven and set aside.
Melt butter in a large pan on medium heat. When butter begins to brown, remove from heat and add radishes. Toss to coat.
Drizzle lemon juice on top of radishes. Chop radish greens and garnish radishes with the greens and lemon zest. Serve and enjoy!
