  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ Cup Onion Diced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • ½ Pound Ground Beef
  • 8 Oz Tomato Sauce
  • 8 Oz Crushed Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ Cup Uncooked Rice


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Prep tomatoes by slicing off the top and removing the seeds. Place in an 8X8 baking dish and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Add ground beef and cook until ground, breaking up the beef into small pieces as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  • Combine beef mixture with tomato sauce, tomatoes, and rice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon beef mixture into the tomatoes. Cook uncovered for 40 minutes or until fork tender. Let cool slightly, serve and enjoy!
