Preheat oven to 375. Prep a 12X8 baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
Defrost pierogi by placing in a microwave proof bowl with water and microwaving on high for 1-2 minutes or until pierogis have thawed. Place pierogis in baking dish and top with kielbasa.
In a large bowl, combine Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Chicken Broth, Pepper and half of the cheese and onions. Spread mixture over the pirogies. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover pierogis and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Top with green onions. Serve warm and enjoy!
