  • 12x8 Baking Dish
  • Cooking Spray
  • Plastic Mixing Bowl
  • Aluminum Foil


  • 16 Oz Frozen Potato Pierogi
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • 7 Oz Kielbasa Sliced
  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • ½ Cup Chicken Broth
  • Pepper
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ Cup Green Onion Sliced


  • Preheat oven to 375. Prep a 12X8 baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
  • Defrost pierogi by placing in a microwave proof bowl with water and microwaving on high for 1-2 minutes or until pierogis have thawed. Place pierogis in baking dish and top with kielbasa.
  • In a large bowl, combine Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Chicken Broth, Pepper and half of the cheese and onions. Spread mixture over the pirogies. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Uncover pierogis and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Top with green onions. Serve warm and enjoy!
