Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ Pounds Butternut Squash a medium sized squash, peeled and sliced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Butter
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Sliced
  • ¼ Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • Parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Place butternut squash slices into a greased baking dish. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with sliced garlic.
  • Melt butter and in a large bowl combine with all other ingredients. Season breadcrumb mix with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread breadcrumb mixture over the squash.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until squash is tender. Topping should be browned, but if needed bake at 425 for 5 minutes or until desired level of doneness.Let cool slightly before serving, then enjoy!
