- 4 Bell Peppers
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ Cup Onion Diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- ½ Pound Ground Beef
- 8 Oz Tomato Sauce
- 8 Oz Crushed Tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- ½ Cup Uncooked Rice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Prep bell peppers by slicing off the top and removing the seeds. Place in an 8X8 baking dish and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until ground, breaking up the beef into small pieces as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Combine beef mixture with tomato sauce, tomatoes, and rice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spoon beef mixture into the peppers. Cook uncovered for 40 minutes or until fork tender. Let cool slightly, serve and enjoy!
