Instructions
Cook tortellini per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a large pan on medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Add ham and cook until heated through.
Add chicken stock, heavy cream and tortellini. Bring to a simmer, then stir in cheese.
Add peas and stir to fully incorporate. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until sauce has thickened, 3-5 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
