Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Onion Diced
  • 1 ½ Cups Ham Cubed
  • 1 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 9 Oz Cheese Tortellini
  • ¾ Cup Frozen Peas
  • ¼ Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Pepper To taste
  • Salt To taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook tortellini per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a large pan on medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Add ham and cook until heated through.
  • Add chicken stock, heavy cream and tortellini. Bring to a simmer, then stir in cheese.
  • Add peas and stir to fully incorporate. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until sauce has thickened, 3-5 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
