Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add Haricots Verts and cook for 4-5 minutes. Plunge beans in an ice bath until cool, then drain and dry.
In a dutch oven, add oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add almonds and cook until browns, about 5 minutes. Stir in shallots and garlic and cook until softened. Add lemon juice, 3 Tbs of water, salt and pepper. Cook until texture of the mixture is slightly thickened and has a glossy sheen. Toss with green beans, serve and enjoy!
