Slice kielbasa, cabbage and onion. Spread evenly on a sheet pan and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes.
Whisk together mustard, vinegar and olive oil until combined.
When meal is ready, drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to coat. Serve warm and enjoy!
