  • 1 Pound Kielbasa Sliced
  • 1 Green Cabbage Sliced
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
  • Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • Cup Olive Oil


  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Slice kielbasa, cabbage and onion. Spread evenly on a sheet pan and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Whisk together mustard, vinegar and olive oil until combined.
  • When meal is ready, drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to coat. Serve warm and enjoy!
