In a large bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, prunes, olives, capers, bay leaves, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and chill, let season for 45-24 hours.
Preheat oven to 350.
Empty chicken and marinade into a large baking dish. Pour in the wine and sprinkle brown sugar on top of the chicken. Cook for 50-60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and browned. Serve with au jus and prunes, olives and capers. Enjoy!
