Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ Cup Onion Minced
  • ¼ Cup Carrot Minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey
  • ½ Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Ground Sage
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ Cup Ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and carrot and saute until softened, several minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • In a large bowl, combine onion mixture, worcestershire sauce, Ketchup, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg and sage. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Mix ingredients together to fully incorporate. Place meatloaf mixture on a foil lined baking sheet and form into a loaf by hand. Spoon remaining ketchup onto the top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Let cool, slice and enjoy!
