In a large pan on medium-high heat, combine oil and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and wine and cook for 5 minutes or until alcohol has been cooked off.
Stir in the cream and bring to a simmer. Add the parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Cook until sauce has thickened slightly and season to taste with salt and pepper.
