Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth, then slice or tear into bite sized portions.
Add oil to a skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms in batches and cook until lightly browned on all sides. Return all mushrooms to pan and season with salt, pepper, garlic and time. Add in butter and toss to coat.
Prepare gnocchi per package instructions. Add gnocchi to skillet with mushrooms. Stir in goat cheese and cook on medium heat until cheese has melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper and enjoy!
