Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 Pound Brussel Sprouts Trimmed and Halved
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ Pound Bacon
  • ¼ Cup Balsamic Glaze

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Spread brussel sprouts ut on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Place bacon on a lined baking sheet and put both bacon and brussel sprouts into the oven. Cook for 20 minutes or until desired doneness.
  • Crumble bacon and add to brussel sprouts. Drizzle balsamic glaze on top and enjoy!
