Roasted Broccoli and Garlic

  • 2 Bunches Broccoli
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Head Garlic
  • 1 Shallot Minced
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese Grated


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut broccoli into long stemmed florets. Place on a large baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Slice the top off of a head of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and place cut side down on the baking sheet.
  • Roast for 30 minutes, flipping broccoli once at the halfway point.
  • Once broccoli is finished, remove the garlic. Let cool slightly and pop out all of the cloves. Return cloves to pan, sprinkle pan with lemon juice, minced shallot and parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
