BBQ Beef Chili
When it's chili outside, warm up with a big bowl of BBQ Beef Chili with all of the toppings! Also perfect for tailgating and game day food!
Lodge Dutch Oven
- 1 Pound Ground Beef Lean
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 22 Oz Red Kidney Beans
- 14.5 Oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
- 8 Oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
- Toppings as desired
Brown beef in a large dutch oven until fully cooked. Add in onion and cook until softened. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in kidney beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, chili powder, and ground cumin. Season with salt to taste.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool slightly, serve and enjoy!
