  • 1 Pound Ground Beef Lean
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 22 Oz Red Kidney Beans
  • 14.5 Oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  • 8 Oz Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
  • Salt
  • Toppings as desired


  • Brown beef in a large dutch oven until fully cooked. Add in onion and cook until softened. Drain any excess fat. 
  • Stir in kidney beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, chili powder, and ground cumin. Season with salt to taste.
  • Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool slightly, serve and enjoy!
