  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • ¼ Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • In a large bowl combine ground beef, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce, egg and garlic powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Divide meat mixture into 4 and shape into hamburger patties.
  • Heat a large skillet on medium high. Add olive oil, then patties. Cook for several minutes per side, until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Add onions into the pan and cook until translucent. 
  • Stir in flour until it is fully incorporated. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook until thickened sauce can coat the back of a spoon. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  • Serve patties topped with onion gravy with the side of your choice. Enjoy!
