  • 4 Pounds Beef Brisket
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Mustard
  • 1 Bay Leaf Crushed
  • 2 Cups Beef Stock
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Cups BBQ Sauce if desired


  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Trim any excess fat off of brisket.
  • Combine all dry ingredients and rub onto brisket, making sure all areas covered. Place in baking dish uncovered and cook for 1 hour.
  • Add beef stock and worcestershire. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and return to oven. Cook at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
  • Remove from liquid and slice thinly cross grain. Serve and enjoy!
