Meatloaf has become one of my go to recipes for an easy comfort food dinner. It comes together quick and is always filling. I loved making this Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf as a twist on my Classic Meatloaf recipe.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir until fully combined.
Shape meatloaf into an 8X4 shaped loaf on a foil lined baking sheet. Wrap bacon around meatloaf so that the entire exterior is covered. Fold ends of bacon in under the meatloaf to prevent shrinkage while baking.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 160 degrees. Brush loaf with ketchup for the last 15 minutes of cooking for the glaze. When done, slice loaf and enjoy!
