Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 3/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Onion Minced
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Dried Thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • BBQ Sauce For Topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir until fully combined.

  3. Shape meatloaf into an 8X4 shaped loaf on a foil lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 160 degrees. Brush loaf with BBQ Sauce for the last 15 minutes of cooking for the glaze. When done, slice loaf and enjoy!
