  • 2 Pounds Steak Tips
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Cracked Black Pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large resealable ziploc bag. Shake to evenly coat. Store in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. 

  2. Preheat broiler on high.

  3. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium-high heat. Remove meat from ziploc bag and place in skillet, discard leftover marinade.

  4. Cook meat for 5 minutes or until seared on all sides. Then take skillet and put in oven under the broiler. Cook for several minutes or until edges of the meat begin to char.

  5. Remove carefully from oven and serve with rice and vegetables. Enjoy!
