Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Carrots Peeled and Trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil. Season generously with salt and pepper, then toss to coat.

  2. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping once.

  3. Melt butter in a sauté pan, then add maple syrup. Heat until just starting to bubble. 

  4. Add carrots and toss to coat. Serve and enjoy!
