Ingredients

  • 4 Pounds Beef Brisket
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Mustard
  • 1 Bay Leaf Crushed
  • 2 Cups Beef Stock
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Cups BBQ Sauce if desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Trim any excess fat off of brisket.

  3. Combine all dry ingredients and rub onto brisket, making sure all areas covered. Place in baking dish uncovered and cook for 1 hour.

  4. Add beef stock and worcestershire. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and return to oven. Cook at 300 degrees for 3 hours.

  5. Remove from liquid and slice thinly cross grain. Serve and enjoy!
